1. Terms: By using this website, its content, and any tools and materials hosted by https://www.mltt.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") which are entered into by and between Major League Table Tennis, LLC ("Major League Table Tennis," "MLTT," "Us," "We" and "Our"), and you ("You," and "Your"). Our Privacy Policy (located here) applies to your access and use of the Site, including any personal information provided via the Site or via any other aspect of the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. In using our service, you agree that you will remain compliant with all applicable state, local, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

2. Products: All products, services, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Descriptions of product dimensions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. Representations of product color are dependent on your computer’s display hardware and calibration. We cannot guarantee that your computer will display all colors accurately.

By placing an order through the Site, you agree to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws with regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from the Site, and you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

Shipping: When you place an order, it will be shipped to the address designated by You, the purchaser, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions set on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As such, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
