  • Major League Table Tennis Shop Return Policy

    • 30-day Return with Valid Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase includes the order number, order confirmation email, or original sales receipt. The refund will be issued using the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase.
    • Customers may return any unused products up to 30 days from the date received. To qualify for a refund, products must be in a clean and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. MLTT reserves the right to refuse to refund any returns that fail to meet this criteria, show any signs of wear and tear, or had personalization added. Delivery and handling costs are not refundable. 
    • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached.

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

    • Submit a return request form.
    • Box up your item in its original packaging.
    • Address the shipment to the following:

      Portland, OR 97223
    • Retain the tracking information or drop-off receipt.
    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days, after the item arrives at Major League Table Tennis. We will notify you via email once your request has been processed.
    • Please allow an additional 72 hours for the credit to appear on your account.
